I was pleasantly surprised by the numerous useful features of Clarity-Wave. The weekly surveys are quick and easy, taking only 5 minutes to complete. The community feature allows my team and I to send virtual stickers and points, which can be redeemed at the EPIC store. The best part is that everyone can see their own scores. Initially, I was a bit intimidated by the results, but it's great to see areas where I can improve. I now look forward to Mondays when the surveys are activated.

I am a big fan of Clarity Wave's EPIC. Given that we spend most of our day at work, being happier can lead to better productivity and profitability. I appreciate anything that enhances the bottom line. My favorite feature of the program is the ability to earn points and buy cool items from the store. I also enjoy seeing my own scores, which motivates me to improve every day. Initially, I was somewhat doubtful, but now I see the value of these regular surveys. Honestly, I like everything about it so far. Whenever I've faced any issues, the support team has been quick to provide a solution.

This allows me to easily compile and provide actionable data to the management team. Personally, understanding how my team perceives me is incredibly empowering. Clarity Wave offers a safe environment to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement. The point system, which can be used in the Store, is a fantastic incentive that benefits both the company and the individual. The sticker recognition feature promotes a sense of gratitude and teamwork within the company. Clarity Wave also provides valuable insights into team interactions and engagement at various levels, highlighting both positive and constructive aspects that may have previously been overlooked or unexpressed. The software's surveys, user-friendliness, climate check, recognition, and rewards are all advantageous. However, the platform's speed could be better as it sometimes buffers when switching between pages and can freeze when creating reports. More report generation options would also be helpful.
