However, I find it disappointing that despite being able to share videos between participants, BlueJeans doesn't allow me to send simple files or documents. Some long-time users have also reported that the content isn't always clear.

While it doesn't happen all the time, it's frequent enough to leave a negative impression. Despite knowing that connection quality can affect performance, I question Bluejeans when other similar software works fine under the same conditions. The software generally performs well for multiparty video conversations, presentations, and recordings, and it's easy to include various participants in calls. I also find it simple to use my 'personal' standing meeting or set a special code for a named meeting. However, I've never experienced really good quality audio and video, regardless of the connection I use. I often encounter latency and breakups where other platforms like Hangouts or Facetime perform flawlessly. The chat window is hidden and rarely used, and I have no control over who I see. I also frequently encounter other issues.
