      Facing Several Issues with Thundra.

      I have several issues with Tundra. Firstly, Tundra is slow in approving our new customers. We've had instances where customers were ready to purchase but had to wait for days for Tundra's approval. We often have to contact support to try and speed up the process. This hindrance to sales is a major drawback. Additionally, they require insurance on every shipment, which is a significant hidden cost. The shipping costs are double or even more than what we would pay with Shipstation. It's much higher than the regular rate at the Post Office. These are major issues that affect our sales. While Tundra has driven a few sales to us through their market, we have brought more customers to Tundra by directing our customers to set up a Tundra account. After using it for a couple of years, we've decided to move on from Tundra.
