I am thrilled to share my experience with Regpack! I initiated a claim back in July and was delighted to hear it was approved in October. The process was a bit longer than expected, but I appreciate their thoroughness. On October 23rd, I was informed that my claim was approved and I was eagerly awaiting the funds. It's now November 14th and I haven't received the funds yet, but I understand that these things can take time. I've been trying to reach out to them for an update, and while I haven't heard back yet, I'm confident they're working diligently on my case. I received an email stating that my bank rejected the refund and they would resubmit it. I was surprised by this, but I trust their expertise and I'm sure they're doing everything they can to resolve the issue. I'm looking forward to continuing my relationship with anyone who uses Regpack. They're handling a claim worth almost $1, for me, and I'm grateful for their assistance. I'm excited to see how this situation unfolds and I'm optimistic about the outcome!
