This platform enables me to quickly create and publish content on the screens in our facility. The pricing is a major draw for us, particularly the pro-rated billing as we don't always have the screens on. The first screen, which we constantly display general information on, is free. We can then effortlessly scale up to as many screens as we need during events. The software also integrates with social media. However, it falls a bit short in terms of user-friendliness and layout options. I chose Play Digital Signage primarily for its pricing and customer support. It's clear that Play is developed by a competent team with considerate leadership. I value their responsiveness and openness to feedback on their social plugins.

An affordable game-changer with minimal startup costs!
My company has significantly benefited from using play-digital-signage. We can now instantly provide crucial updates to all our employees. We currently have over 4 screens and plan to expand. Managers and HR can update the screens from their own computers, and our employees appreciate the modern entertainment and announcements. It's been a game changer for us, making us appear like a Fortune 500 company. The ability to run it off a Fire Stick is groundbreaking. There's no need for a large, costly computer - just a $30 Fire Stick. I appreciate being able to manage all the content from any computer and update the screens automatically. The built-in editor is excellent, with many intriguing plugins and features. The support from the company is outstanding. When I reported a bug, it was resolved within a month and I was updated by the tech team. However, I wish I could edit playlists on mobile devices or tablets and it would be great to have better templates.

I find the annual per screen cost of Play Digital Signage to be quite affordable. I really value the feature that allows me to set up a week's worth of playlists and not have to touch them until the following week. However, I wish there were more layout and template options. The presets are decent, but seeing different ideas could help shape the direction of my weekly content. I opted for Play Digital Signage over Rise Vision, as the latter seemed more tailored towards education, which isn't my area of focus. I received a response from Lars, a representative from the company, who thanked me for my feedback and assured me that more templates would be made available.

So far, I'm pleased with Play Digital Signage. I've tried other software, but they were too cumbersome. This one is user-friendly and connects swiftly to displays. I haven't encountered any problems yet as I'm still new to it. I switched from XOGO to Play Digital Signage because the former was too clunky and incompatible with the Fire Stick. The vendor responded positively to my review.
