I am not satisfied with Kandbaz. They lack responsiveness and their follow-up is not up to par. They love to add fees at their discretion, even adding fees to their own fees. They are not always reachable when needed, to update or correct their own mistakes. However, when it comes to collecting their fees, they resort to aggressive harassment by all means.

Scam and Disregard for Customers!
Kandbaz is a fraudulent company that is only interested in collecting fees without even providing the service in question and completely ignoring customer requests. I made a domiciliation request on their site and a person from the sales team called me almost instantly to clarify some information. During the call, she sent me a quote and an invoice that she almost forced me to pay immediately online, even though I had only been on the phone with her for barely 2 minutes. After I paid the invoice and sent the requested documents, my file was transferred to their partner CMO Consultants, and unfortunately, the scam continued... After several quick email exchanges, they sent me a domiciliation contract to sign, with an invoice for 12 months of rent to be paid immediately in one go in advance. I asked twice to modify the contract and to be able to make a monthly transfer, and since then I have never received any response from them. Following this, I contacted Kandbaz to ask them to cancel my domiciliation request, to refund the fees already paid (88€) and to delete my personal data and documents (ID, proof of address), and here too no response from them for over a week :-( So: KANDBAZ = BIG SCAM
