Would Purchase HarvestRight Again
I've been using my XL HarvestRight for four months and I'm extremely satisfied with it. As a commercial fisher, I spend a lot of time on the water with limited space and refrigeration. This has revolutionized our access to fresh foods, ice cream treats, various vegetables, sauces, and orange juice, which I wouldn't have brought before. During my learning period, I've had some questions and issues, but each time I've contacted HarvestRight, they've been very helpful.

Performs Excellently.
I was in search of a method to store food that was less prone to damage from heat and freezing, and that wouldn't involve the use of glass jars, which can break during earthquakes, or cans, which can rust and cause issues. The Harvest Right freeze dryer has been perfect for our needs in this regard. It has met my expectations in terms of quality. We have freeze-dried apples, strawberries, and bananas, and plan to use it for our garden produce in the summer. The machine operates very quietly and comes with comprehensive instructions. We've had it for about three months and are excited to use it for food and meals for hunting camp, as they are very lightweight and don't require refrigeration.
