This software has allowed us to centralize our marketing requests on one platform. Formsite provides a lot of functionality, enabling us to create different forms with various question styles. However, the extensive customization can be confusing and the setup can be overwhelming. The process of exporting reports to Excel could be better, as it's currently somewhat challenging. I would like more customization in this area.
