I was searching for an affordable way to share our viewbooks with potential clients and found that Flipsnack not only met but exceeded my expectations. The software is user-friendly, easy to set up, navigate, post, and share. However, sometimes the features don't function properly with shared links, such as the gif link breaking and a broken image file being sent out instead. I chose Flipsnack for its features and price point, switching from ISSUU when they began charging for posts, which was too costly for me. FlipSnack: A Refreshing Approach to Customer Service and Subscription Details
I've been using FlipSnack for a while now and it's been mostly smooth sailing! There are minor hiccups here and there, but nothing that can't be fixed. The customer service team is always on their toes, responding promptly, albeit in a rather automated manner. It's quite impressive how they manage to keep up with the volume of queries! What really caught my attention was their unique approach to subscription details. They provide information in a way that's different from what I'm used to, which is quite refreshing after 25 years in the IT field. As someone who manages a company that uses a multitude of online services, this was a welcome change. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that their customer service is one of the most memorable I've encountered. It's a different experience, but it's definitely one that stands out in my long career. FlipSnack is certainly a tool I'd recommend to others!

Ideal for Annual Reports & E-Booklets!
I find Flipsnack to be incredibly user-friendly for both creators and consumers. It's the perfect tool for our nonprofit to create flip-able e-books for things like annual reports and meeting booklets. The only downside is the limit on the number of catalogues we can make, but this just means we're using the software more than we anticipated and probably need to upgrade our subscription. We chose Flipsnack because it looked more professional in the final product. The vendor responded to our review in October 2019, thanking us for our kind words and 5-star review. They also suggested we check out their pricing plans or contact their Live Chat Support to find the right plan for our needs.

I find viewing newsletters on Flipsnack much more enjoyable than simply scrolling through a PDF. It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to understand. I switched to this app from AnyFlip, which was a disappointment. Up until now, I haven't found anything to dislike about Flipsnack. I chose it out of urgency when AnyFlip was down and their poor customer service was causing me frustration. AnyFlip had caused me stress as I was reliant on it and it failed me. I'm extremely satisfied with the features Flipsnack offers and it's the perfect platform for me.

I absolutely adore FLIPSNACK! We evaluated ISSUU and several other online platforms for our magazine, but Flipsnack stood out due to its numerous fantastic digital features. Our favorite is the embedded video feature that doesn't open in a separate browser but remains on the magazine page, along with the sleek and modern layout that is fully customizable. Enjoyable, Yet Room for Improvement
I had a positive experience with Flipsnack, finding it easy to use and adaptable to my needs with many options available. However, I believe the page where the flyer is displayed could be improved. Unlike ipaper, Flipsnack doesn't allow the flyer to be viewed in fullscreen unless you pay for it. I chose Flipsnack as it's the best in the market, particularly because it offers a free option. The vendor responded to my review in October 2020, expressing their pleasure that I'm enjoying my experience and promising to consider my recommendation.
