I was pleasantly surprised when they managed to complete this task within a week, considering the complexity of the process. They even billed me for the upcoming month, which I took as a sign of their commitment to providing uninterrupted service. I've been with eber for a long time and I would have continued to be a customer if not for the changes that didn't align with my business model.
