Excellent User Experience
As an IT professional, I wasn't always keen on backing up data. However, after a hard drive crash, I realized its importance. I explored current backup trends and settled on Dropbox over an external drive for convenience. However, when I was locked out of my desktop account, I also lost access to my Dropbox. Despite attempts to access it through the admin account, I was unsuccessful. I believe the issue was due to using different browsers, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Chrome required me to download Dropbox again, which was frustrating. Then I remembered CloudAlly, a service I had tested a month prior. I re-registered and easily backed up my files, scheduling weekly backups. It has been working flawlessly ever since, eliminating the need for external drives or dealing with browser-related issues with Dropbox. I'm very pleased with it.

CloudAlly's backup service is an intuitive solution that I found extremely useful. Prior to using CloudAlly, I had experience with other online backup services which required significant effort to master. However, as a first-time user of CloudAlly, I was delighted by its straightforward, intuitive dashboard that clearly displayed the most important features - backup and restore. I was able to complete my backup task in a few minutes, although I anticipate that larger amounts of data would require more time. Once the backup process is complete, CloudAlly keeps track of subsequent changes and only includes new files in future operations. The service supports data backup from various platforms including Salesforce, Yahoo Mail, Amazon S3, Onedrive, Office 365 Exchange, Box, Google Apps and more. Combining two or more accounts for backup is easy with CloudAlly, and it also allows for multiple administrators, enabling delegation and activity monitoring via audit trails. Importantly, CloudAlly's restore process did not overwrite my existing data. All data processed with CloudAlly is labeled CloudAlly Restore, making it easy to identify the source of the data during a restore operation. I believe CloudAlly provides an effective, easy-to-use service that simplifies backup
