The most impressive aspect of CartStack is their outstanding customer service. When we changed webmasters and unintentionally disrupted some of CartStack's tracking, they consistently reached out to make sure the problem was fixed, even though their payment didn't depend on it. All I needed to do was create an online account, establish a reminder campaign, and insert the code into my website. It was much simpler than I expected. The online statistics are impressive and offer immediate feedback on performance. Initially, there were minor problems with the software not detecting people who ordered or timing out when they used an off-site payment method like PayPal. However, the support team was outstanding and made several adjustments behind the scenes to fix these issues.       I think that CartStack offers a solid product at a fair price. It has more than paid for itself and allows us to give our clients extra product information to help their buying decisions. The software was simple to install on our eCommerce platform and lets us reach out to customers with abandoned shopping carts. We can tell them that buying direct will give them better service and help keep prices low for everyone. However, the email customization dashboard is somewhat lacking in its capabilities.
