Excellent Service, Prompt and Friendly.
I hired Any Assembly to install an IKEA kitchen and overall, I wouldn't hire them again for several reasons. On the positive side, the contractors were committed and found solutions when replacement parts for my outdated kitchen weren't available. They also addressed my concerns about the final cabinet installation. However, they often arrived late in the evening, working until late at night which was difficult for my family. The project, initially estimated to take a weekend, extended into a week, disrupting our plans. They even suggested we leave our door unlocked or leave keys under the mat for them to start work when we weren't home. The late arrivals and limited work hours likely contributed to the project extension. After they left past midnight on the final day, I noticed several issues including crooked drawer pulls, missing soft-close mechanisms on some cabinets, chipped counter edges, uncleaned cabinets despite a clean-up fee, and personal trash left behind. I found their lack of attention to detail and disregard for the fact they were working in someone's home disappointing.

Excellent Work
The associates from Any Assembly did a fantastic job installing our new in-ground basketball hoop. The process required two visits, one for laying the foundation and another a week later for the installation of the hoop and backboard. The hoop is sturdy with no wobbling. They kept me informed about their arrival and were very punctual. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I value the Assembly software for improving collaboration and internal relationships in my organization. It's an easy tool for showing appreciation to my colleagues who help me daily. We particularly liked the CarrotHR branding, where we could give each other "carrots" to exchange for gift cards. However, the transition to "gold coins" somewhat lessened the uniqueness of the concept.

Review on Assembly: The Ikea Furniture Software
I hired Assembly to disassemble and reassemble my couch as it wouldn't fit in my basement. They arrived on time and completed the job, costing me around $35. This was expensive, but cheaper than other places I had checked. They slightly damaged my wall but offered to repair it when I'm ready. The process took longer than expected, about 3.5 hours, as they tried to avoid disassembling the couch. This probably added an extra hour to the job. However, the cuts on the couch are not noticeable and it still feels sturdy. I would hire them again if necessary, but I hope I won't have to.

Exceptional Service Experience with Any Assembly
I was initially inclined to award Any Assembly a glowing 5-star rating! The technician was so professional that he even took the faulty part with him to ensure it gets replaced. I'm eagerly awaiting their call about the new part and its cost. I was so impressed with their service that I tipped the technicians $12 in cash and added another $15 on the service order. I'm really looking forward to using Any Assembly again, especially once they get back to me this week. Their service has left a lasting impression on me!

My overall experience with the Assembly platform has been positive. Assembly has greatly enhanced cross-team communication. I love its ability to praise any employee for their excellent work, help with tasks, and the option to redeem 'carrots' for prizes. The platform is very user-friendly, and I value the feature that lets you attach different badges to each recognition you send out. I also enjoy the variety of retailers where you can redeem your rewarded 'carrots'. It feels like having an employee-to-employee bonus structure, without an actual bonus structure! I have no complaints - I genuinely love everything about it and have even recommended it.

Efficient Furniture Assembly Experience with Any Assembly
I recently had the pleasure of using Any Assembly to set up most of my bedroom and living room furniture. The process was a breeze! There was a minor hiccup with my bed, which has three height levels. They assembled it at the lowest one, which is typically used with a box spring, which I don't have. At first, I thought my mattress was uncomfortably low due to the Ikea bed (Hemnes) I had chosen. However, after a bit of research, I discovered that the bed was perfectly fine, it was just the height level they had chosen. I took it upon myself to adjust it to the second level and voila! It's now perfect. Sure, I had to spend a little extra time on this, but it was a learning experience and I didn't mind it at all. When I hired them, my intention was to save time, and they certainly did that with the rest of my furniture. Everything else was assembled to perfection!

Greedy for Cash
I requested for my treadmill to be installed but was informed that something was broken internally. They didn't fix anything but charged me nearly $3 for essentially nothing. They didn't even offer to return once I received the new part. If I had called them to reassemble the treadmill, it would have cost me another $3.
