Absolute Scam: Synder, You Have Much to Answer For
My experience with Synder software was extremely negative. The software was dysfunctional and unfit for its intended use. They retained my money and declined to provide assistance or explain why they couldn't refund it. They consistently evaded this issue. I perceived them as unprofessional and unreliable. I view them as a poor company with awful software. I have a strong aversion towards them and consider their software laughable.

I find the process of importing current and historical transactions into Quickbooks through Synder to be well-executed. The web interface is user-friendly and easy to comprehend without needing tutorials or videos. However, I think it would be advantageous for small businesses to have the option to buy more Syncs from the most affordable package, as business volume can fluctuate monthly. I chose Synder because I wanted to keep using the Quickbooks Desktop version.
