I find Sympli to be a straightforward tool for sharing designs with my engineering team. It usually syncs well and lets me organize and label screens to my liking. It's user-friendly and compatible with iOS designs. I value that engineers can log in independently and navigate the project to find what they need. However, exporting Android designs can be somewhat challenging as they need to be 'processed' before syncing. Additionally, engineers frequently have difficulty locating the CSS details of the design elements.

Exploring Sympli: A Time-Saver with a Price
Sympli has been a great tool for me, saving a lot of time with development handoffs and specifications. I've even recommended it to several companies through my freelance and contract work. However, I'm not happy with their new pricing structure. It's now significantly more expensive than Zeplin for our company and it's become more time-consuming to add and remove users. I've been a long-time user of Sympli and have even got many companies to start using it, which earned me a good deal on pricing. But with the new structure, they no longer offer me this pricing. As a result, I've started to transition us away from Sympli, but it's going to take some time. I initially chose Sympli because I was familiar with it, it was reasonably priced, and other products didn't offer the same features in-app, but now they have started to.
