I appreciate the real-time tracking of online and offline donations that sweet-show offers, ensuring our site accurately reflects total donations. I'm excited about the new feature that allows donors to include the donation convenience fee in their donation amount, potentially saving our school a significant amount of money in our fundraising campaign. I love how our website was customized to our specific needs, it's not just a standard software program. Blue Sky tailored the metrics we wanted to track by student and team, making it easily accessible online and mobile-friendly. As an administrator, I've found their customer service to be excellent. They're available, responsive, and accommodating to our changing needs. However, I was somewhat frustrated with the limitations of the editing/customization tools, such as formatting difficulties and the inability to upload hyperlinks, videos, etc. in the site email tool. There are also a few "static" pages that can't be edited after the site goes live and participants are pre-registered.
