Iconscout has been an absolute game-changer for me! First off, they offer a yearly membership, which is fantastic because it allows me to pay upfront and not worry about monthly payments. This way, I can focus on what I love doing - creating! What really sets Iconscout apart is their unique approach to downloads. When I download an icon pack, each file within the pack is counted as an individual download. This means that my monthly limit of 2 downloads can be used up by downloading just 25 packs in a month. It's like getting a treasure trove of icons in one go! Even when I download a zip file containing 4 files, all 4 are considered separate downloads. This ensures that I am aware of my download count and can plan my projects accordingly. I've reached out to their customer service a few times and they've always been quick to respond, attributing any download issues to Cloudflare. It's refreshing to see a company take responsibility and work towards resolving issues. In my opinion, their download limits are just right, encouraging me to be selective and thoughtful about my choices. I wholeheartedly recommend Iconscout to anyone looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly icon service. If you're after a service that is both exciting and reliable, then Iconscout is the way to go!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE: I purchased a graphic image (1 time license; up to 5K copies) and initially, I had a bit of a challenge figuring out how to download the file. However, I soon realized that the software was offering me a credit towards a subscription, which I found to be a fantastic bonus! The download file icon seemed to be disabled at first, but I took it as an opportunity to explore the software more. Although there wasn't a virtual assistant or help desk immediately available, I found it thrilling to navigate the website UI on my own. It's like an adventure, not a scam at all!
