I find GraphCMS to be an excellent and enjoyable CMS. It provides flexibility in customizing schemas and boasts a stunning GraphQL API with powerful query and mutation capabilities. My overall experience with GraphCMS has been outstanding, largely due to their exceptional customer support. I value the Headless CMS features and the new generation of advanced CMS with modern technologies. It's packed with smart features and is incredibly fast and agile. The support team is professional and friendly. However, there are some issues with the Rich Text editor that need immediate attention. Apart from this, everything else is top-notch. I chose Hygraph during the software test because the support team was very friendly and professional, and the prices were significantly lower than competitors. I switched to Hygraph because I wanted a modern CMS experience for our community version. This led us to implement one of our company's new startup projects on a reliable and secure platform, and we chose GraphCMS as one of the primary selections.

GraphCMS: A Headless CMS Offering More Than Just Content Management
My experience with GraphCMS has been largely positive, particularly when compared to other headless CMSs that I found to be overly complex, too costly, or lacking in features that are friendly to developers. I managed to convert my existing NextJS website to draw content from GraphCMS during build time. I found the GraphQL API, the sleek schema designer, the rich set of built-in types, and the fast UI to be potent tools for managing content. However, I found the rich text editing and collaborative editing to be lacking, simplistic, or non-existent. Non-technical content writers might initially find it challenging to use and may miss some of the content formatting tools they are accustomed to. I chose GraphCMS for its cost and its outstanding GraphQL API for developers. I switched to GraphCMS because the self-hosting, deployment, and feature set of my previous CMS were complicated and subpar.

Excellent CMS for Native Mobile and Progressive Web Apps
As a software development company, we utilize GraphCMS for our own website, which is built with Gatsby and GraphCMS, as well as for customer projects that include native mobile apps and progressive web apps. We find that creating new content architecture is quick and easy with GraphCMS. Given our strong emphasis on mobile devices, using GraphQL for our content APIs greatly enhances our app performance. Our developers value the code autocomplete feature and the self-generated API documentation in the API Explorer. The UI is quite intuitive for business users, although it does require some adjustment to fully exploit the system's potential due to its "headless" nature.
