However, by implementing sensors in various nodes, we've been able to reduce response times and address service issues more quickly. Zabbix sets itself apart from similar platforms due to its distinct advantages. It's an open-source platform, which allows us to customize it to meet our organization's specific needs. Plus, it's cost-effective as there are no associated license fees, making it highly appealing for organizations on a tight budget. Despite its intuitive dashboard and user interface, Zabbix does lack some features that could simplify our work, especially when generating reports and statistics. For example, it doesn't provide the option to export traffic graphs in image format or export statistical data in plain text format for reporting.
