I find the service of Retrace by Netreo quite user-friendly and excellent. However, we faced some problems with our servers, like high CPU usage. The issue was resolved by restarting the Stackify agent. Despite occasional problems with the agent, it's generally simple to use, effective, and functions well.

However, when updating the client and modifying certain settings, IIS needs to be rebooted.
