Superb Tool: Streamlines Tasks, Ditches Paper Use
I appreciate Trackforce-Valiant over other security companies because it lets us tailor reports to customer needs. It provides real-time reporting and the capability to include images and videos of situations. It's available online and incorporates live tracking and reporting, beneficial for HSE and Audit. However, I think it could be enhanced by introducing more features like 2-way voice communication. It doesn't sync automatically and the reporting tool has some restrictions.

Lacking Flexibility and Responsiveness for Large Organizations
I find the Trackforce-Valiant system to be inflexible and unresponsive, especially for large organizations. It feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack, with vast amounts of information scattered across hundreds of pages, but very little is interconnected. The system only allows one screen to be open at a time, making navigation difficult. For instance, if an employee is lost and doesn't know their division, the system doesn't allow a search by employee number across multiple divisions. I have to pull up the employee roster, type in their name, and wait for the system to locate it. This can take up to a minute, and if I've misspelled their name, the system won't recognize it. Once I've found the employee, I then need to locate their post information, which isn't on the same screen. This requires me to close the employee screen, open the weekly screen, and manually search for the post. This entire process can take up to 30 minutes.

Top-notch Scheduling Software Yet!
I found Trackforce Valiant extremely easy to learn. My entire team and I had two conference calls with a Valiant support member who guided us through the scheduling process individually. It's very user-friendly and simplifies scheduling, even when managing over 400 employees. My only complaint is that I can't schedule guards on the open schedule tab. This tab displays all areas lacking an employee, but doesn't let you schedule an employee directly from there. Instead, I have to return to the regular schedule tab, open the location of the vacant shift, and then schedule. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still regard Valiant as one of the best scheduling systems I've used.
