Three Months into Using Sellsy: A Customer's Review
After many years as a customer of the Sellsy software, the price has increased considerably. In my case, it went from €48 to €72. The publisher claims that a company, even a sole proprietorship, must have at least two user accounts. I find this pathetic. On the other hand, they justify this with software updates. However, these are addons charged in addition to the price. My use of the software remained unchanged. This leads me to no longer recommend the Sellsy solution to entrepreneurs. The offers are no longer suitable for individual companies. Why pay for 2 licenses when only one is used?

Advising Against SELLSY: A Disappointing Experience
I had a negative overall experience with SELLSY and I wouldn't recommend it. As a business, we invest a lot of time inputting crucial data into a CRM software. So, when the company decided to double the subscription price without a clear reason, I felt compelled to look for alternatives. The software itself is reliable, efficient, and regularly updated, and I never had issues with their customer service. I was a loyal customer for over 4 years, but my subscription price doubled from 480 euros to over 800 euros per year, despite my usage remaining the same. The reason given was the addition of new features, which I don't use. Initially, I was very satisfied with SELLSY and even recommended it to my fellow business owners. I started off paying around 400 euros per year, but was disappointed when the company informed me of the price increase.
