I find Prisync to be an easy-to-use tool with excellent customer service. The Prisync team has been incredibly helpful from the start, providing quick responses, fast solutions, and easy-to-understand tips. The tool is user-friendly, and even our least tech-savvy members were able to understand how to use it after just one training session. I highly recommend it.

User-friendly yet setup requires time
I find Prisync to be a handy tool for tracking specific websites. It's user-friendly, offers regular reports, and enables competitor SKU comparison. However, the setup can be lengthy. The price comparison is restricted to the websites we configure, unlike local comparison sites that display more options. It also demands considerable time to maintain and update URLs when competitors refresh their products.

After Trying Prisync, There's No Turning Back.
I find Prisync to be a fantastic tool that has revolutionized how we price our inventory. The level of detail it provides about our competitors and their activities is astonishing, even to the point of revealing collaborations between competitors or their reactions to our price changes. The live chat support is excellent, with knowledgeable staff who are familiar with the product in detail, which is quite rare. I often find myself speaking to the same advisor and they almost always provide a solution immediately, eliminating the need for escalations. However, there are a few minor issues such as occasional glitches with reports, graphs, and pie charts, but these are always resolved promptly. Also, certain product attributes like 'Product Code' can only be set by import and then manually edited thereafter.

I find Prisync user-friendly and its daily data provision has significantly enhanced our business decisions. It's also easy to compare competitor pricing. However, it doesn't provide alert information for broken URLs. I would prefer more advanced filters and historical data, not just current prices but also integrated with purchases.

Reliable Tool for Monitoring Competitor Pricing
Using Prisync, I can stay updated and aware of my price positioning within the market and adjust accordingly to ensure my prices are always competitive. This saves me time from manually searching the internet, as I can simply log into one portal and see a summary of my price positioning at any given time. The software is easy to navigate, provides a clear summary of tracked products on the dashboard, and allows me to track multiple competitors for each product. It also offers pricing recommendations based on rules I input into the system. I can highlight my most important products, which are then included in automated reports sent to my email, keeping me informed of price changes for those products. However, currently, I am unable to remove out-of-stock products without doing it manually.
