I absolutely loved participating in this professional training! The topics are fascinating and well-handled. I appreciated the good balance between theory and, most importantly, a lot of practice! I was able to set up my website in a few weeks, without any difficulty! The trainers are young, on top of their game, and super professional, each in their own field, and always up-to-date with current events. This is a company that I recommend and with whom I am not done collaborating, as the topics to cover are vast.

As with any new software, I initially needed some time to fully understand its functionalities in order to make the most of the tools. Once I grasped the logic behind each function, it became a valuable asset for my office and staff in terms of efficiency and functionality. One of its main advantages is its ease of use compared to competitors, making efficiency one of its standout features. I encountered few problems while using it, and any issues were resolved with the help of customer service. My only criticism is that customer service is not available all day, excluding holidays. The vendor responded, expressing their pleasure in knowing that I found their platform easy to use and that it has enhanced my office tools. They pride themselves on offering an intuitive user experience and are pleased that their platform's ease of use sets them apart from competitors. They acknowledged that efficiency is a key feature of their program and appreciated my recognition of its value. They also apologized for any inconvenience caused.

I am generally pleased with La Fabrique Juridique. It's user-friendly and provides excellent, ongoing support, particularly during the initial setup. However, I've experienced some technical issues where notifications and text messages were not sent as requested. I believe this issue has been resolved, but it has happened multiple times. I selected DiliTrust Governance Suite mainly because its servers are located in the UAE. The vendor responded positively to my feedback, assuring me that they are continually working to enhance their platform and will keep an eye on this issue to ensure it's fixed. They also affirmed their commitment to offering secure and reliable data hosting. They thanked me for my review and are eager to continue meeting my legaltech needs. They responded in May 2023.
