Awesome Shirts, HORRIBLE Service
I ordered the wrong size based on the recommendations from their robot. I had to email back and forth with them about a dozen times. They were great at apologizing but their customer service was absolutely terrible. They directed me to their self-serve returns web page, which tried to rip me off for about half of what I spent. No explanation was given, just more apologies. This exchange went on for about a week. Finally, someone approved my return and offered me a 1% discount on my next order. I suggested they fix this order before assuming I would do more business with them. In the end, I asked to be removed from their communications. Their snarky response was that I could do that myself. Overall, their customer service was poor from start to finish, despite their great shirts.

Fair Variety but Expensive. Comparable to Other Tees.
I found the selection at fresh-clean-threads decent and they offer mixed bundles. However, the shirts did not live up to their description. They fit like cheaper brands such as Hanes or Gildan. I was disappointed as I expected a nicely fitted tee but ended up with a baggy shirt. I wouldn't recommend this product. Also, when I tried to return it, I was told that they shrink and wash it. But washing it would mess up my return. So, don't wash it!

Subpar Quality
I purchased 6 t-shirts from Fresh Clean Threads and although they took 3 weeks to arrive, they were comfortable. However, after wearing each shirt about 5 times, they quickly shrank despite washing in cold water. The material is also very thin and tears easily. Considering the price, I believe I could find better quality shirts elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on these.

I ordered 7 shirts from fresh-clean-threads. Three of them were great with high quality fabric and fit as advertised. However, the other four were terrible. When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and blamed it on having multiple manufacturers. They asked me to return all the shirts, including the good ones. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.

I'm not sure why there are any positive reviews because I absolutely adore this product! I'm a fairly muscular guy, standing at 6'2 and weighing 215 lbs, with a long torso. These are the most perfectly fitting t-shirts I've ever worn! My girlfriend, who is always brutally honest, said she never thought a t-shirt could look so amazing. She had never even heard of Fresh Clean Tees before. I couldn't be more thrilled with these shirts! I bought a Henley and a 5 pack of the regular crew tees and I highly recommend both!

Never Imagined Paying $11 or $22
I was initially drawn in by an online offer from Fresh Clean Threads and ended up joining their club, despite never imagining I'd pay $11 or $22 for a t-shirt. I was pleased with my first order of t-shirts and even ordered more due to the free shipping offered to club members. However, I noticed the dark colored t-shirts fade when washed. They did send a free replacement when I complained about a particular color, but it didn't solve the overall issue. Being a club member also means receiving an overwhelming amount of emails, more than I get from political campaigns. What bothers me the most is their false advertising. They often offer discounts that they claim are site-wide, but in reality, only apply to selected items. This is misleading and likely frustrates many customers. In summary, while the t-shirts are good, they are somewhat expensive and prone to fading. I also suspect the company is run by a younger generation who are profiting off older customers like myself.
