I reached out to Figure for a HELOC on an investment property. I spoke with Mona Shaito on a Thursday and by the next day, I was approved. Poor Customer Support
Applying and funding was easy. However, I can't contact anyone now, there's no app or website for me to log in, check my balance, make additional principal payments, or change my payment account. It's quite frustrating. I'm considering switching to a service with better customer support as soon as possible. Figure recently contacted me and things improved a bit. I still can't change my auto pay amount or easily make extra principal payments, but I suppose that's relatively standard.
