I'm new to direct mail marketing and was recommended thanks.io by a friend in ed. tech. I subscribed to the monthly Pro Access business plan, which includes one-on-one implementation assistance and a free postcard design. I assumed my implementation call would be a live tour of the product, but it was so much more. I spoke with Justin for over 4 minutes, discussing my business and my lack of knowledge about marketing. Justin was fantastic in helping me devise a marketing strategy, reviewing my websites, and advising me on a direct mail campaign. Arp from Design & Support was quick to answer my design queries. This service exceeded my expectations from a direct mail provider! I now feel like I'm working with a colleague rather than a third-party service.
