Racism when opening
My experiences with Revolut Business were extremely disappointing and left me with a sense of discrimination. I tried to open a business account to start a new company in the cryptocurrency field. Revolut required extensive documentation and papers from me: the origin of the funds, the company headquarters, invoices, and certificates of the website owner. I submitted all the requested documents, yet it never seemed to be enough – additional proof was demanded time and again. In the end, I received a notification that Revolut would not open a business account for me. What really irritated me was the fact that my wife (of German nationality) opened a nearly identical account without even a fraction of this proof being required of her. Her account was activated within a day, with no additional requirements. This leaves me with the impression that unequal standards are being applied here, which I find unfair.
