I made an investment of 1 euros, anticipating a top-tier service, and while the course had its own unique aspects, it offered a different perspective than I initially expected. The customer service was a bit slow to respond, but I appreciated their dedication to resolving my concerns, even if it took a few days. The mandatory feedback forms were an interesting touch, providing me with an opportunity to reflect on my learning and contribute to the course's improvement. I encountered a minor technical hiccup that showed my course progress as only 7% despite completion, but it was a good reminder that technology isn't always perfect and patience is key. The shift from in-person to online classes was a new experience, and while it was different from the traditional classroom setting, it offered a unique opportunity to adapt to the digital learning environment. The online courses, though different, still held their own charm and offered a unique learning experience. This journey with Growth Tribe has been a learning curve, and while I'm considering exploring other platforms like CXL, I appreciate the unique experience I had with Growth Tribe. The service level seems to be more attuned to Dutch standards, which was a fascinating cultural insight for me as an international participant. I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to evolve and improve their courses.
