I've completed one implementation using their SaaS model and plan to do many more in the future using this approach and their API. I value their agile team that constantly improves the service. The software is easy to implement and learn, and the company does a great job of listening to its customers. The end-user experience of booking an appointment is also praiseworthy. We ran into a few bugs, but they were all fixed within a couple of days of reporting them. I chose Upvio because it is a better, cheaper product for our needs. I switched from Timetap to Upvio because, despite Timetap having a feature I wanted (driving time buffers), it didn't live up to its promise. I decided to go with the service that offered the best end-user experience.

      I absolutely love Cogsworth, it's the second software, after Airtable, that I can't live without. I tried Calendly before and didn't like it, but I find Cogsworth's user interface much more intuitive. The pricing is similar, but the features are better. I especially adore the "generate email signature" feature, it has saved us a lot of money as we initially wanted to hire someone to do this for us. Some integrations, like MS Teams, aren't as seamless as Google Calendar or Zoom, but we've found a way to make it work for us. I chose Upvio because I didn't like Calendly's user interface and I switched to Upvio because I couldn't handle Calendly.

My customers found the booking system useful, but the support was lacking, the setup was complicated, and the calendar integrations were challenging. The add-on services were extremely costly, the training materials were subpar, and the staff was unprofessional. I initially chose Cogsworth because it appeared to offer superior functionality for group bookings, but it proved too complex to set up.

I started using Cogsworth by chance, as it was already in use at my current company. I remember a time management meeting where we were trying to reduce administrative tasks. We were spending too much time on international calls and sending multiple emails just to arrange a single meeting. A colleague suggested using an appointment scheduling software and based on her past experience, we opted for Cogsworth. Now, we can concentrate our marketing and sales efforts on more important tasks, and the days of sending three to four emails are gone. However, the analytics could be better.
