What I value most about Drift is its chatbot creation feature. While there are many chatbot platforms out there, Drift stands out for its ability to offer a personalized experience for website visitors, automatically answering their queries and fulfilling their needs. Once the chatbot is set up, the platform can enhance website visitor engagement and other business KPIs. However, building a strong and complex chatbot can be time-consuming and occasionally overwhelming.
